Shipping and Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at Nel@Aresii.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package[A printer is required to print the labels]. If you don't want to wait, you can return Items to: (650 moss st. Apt 87, Chula Vista, California 91911). Still, if you sent them back to us after 30 days you don't  qualify for a full refund, an 10-30% restocking fee might subtract from your reimbursement; this is to cover warehouse expenses and others.  Before 14 days will be received, no restocking fee and qualify for the free return label if you get a replacement or you only returned half of you purchased, even if you didn't send a  prior message and the item is unused and perfect condition. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returns after 15 days and before 30 days; every case is different. We don't want to make money with this, but we will avoid fraudulent transactions; regular purchases will never go to overpaying our Dresses. Fees can be avoided if you paid your return label, and the item is in the same condition you received designation; you get a replacement, keep, or buy more things.
